UB staggers to finish -  3/4/2007
For the first 13 games, the University at Buffalo appeared headed toward another strong season. Yes, the Bulls were blown away by South Florida, Evansville and Tulane, but they had beaten Miami (Fla.) and Temple.

Powerful Akron puts on bursts to hammer UB -  3/2/2007
With the Mid-American Conference's East Division title dangling before its eyes, Akron had so much more at stake than the University at Buffalo. The Bulls showed up for a moment in the second half to pull within 10 points, only to fall apart, 87-69, on Thursday night.

Long-distance dedication -  3/1/2007
There were six-tenths of a second left in regulation during the University at Buffalo's recent game against Bowling Green, and Yassin Idbihi was on the free-throw line with the Bulls trailing by two. As he calmly made the two shots, Idbihi admitted afterwards, his mind was thousands of miles away.

UB women drop finale -  3/1/2007
KENT, Ohio - Freshman Kourtney Brown scored 16 points for the University at Buffalo, but the Bulls lost to Kent State, 62-46, at the M.A.C. Center in their final regular season Mid-American Conference women's basketball game.
