Panama woman injured in Interstate 86 crash - 2/27/2007 ELLERY - A Panama woman suffered serious injuries after she lost control of her car on Interstate 86 here Monday morning, State Police said. Amanda R. Rice, 24, was traveling east in the passing lane at about 7:15 a.m. when her car went out of control and went off the shoulder. The force of the impact with the guardrail caused the car to flip onto its roof. It came to rest in the highway, troopers said. |
