Akron motorist pleads not guilty to DWI - 2/27/2007 LOCKPORT - An Akron man pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated in an arraignment Monday in Niagara County Court. Neil V. Green, 50, of Rapids Road, also is charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration. He was arrested Nov. 20 in the Town of Lockport, and his blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.15 percent, court papers said. |
